T304 stainless steel construction. Shell is 7 gauge with end plates and gussets of 1/4 in. thick stainless steel. Legs are 3 in. x 6 in. rectangular tubing. Internal and external welds are continuous ground smooth and polished. All product contact surfaces are polished to a sanitary finish. Exterior surfaces have a glass bead finish. Blender shaft is approx. 4.25 in. dia. T304 stainless steel. Configuration of blender consists of 2/3 of length to have paddles and remaining 1/3 length to have breaker bars. Twin screw discharge arrangement. Screw shaft is 3.5 in. schedule 80 pipe T304 stainless with 12 in. dia. variable pitch flighting.Drive and all non 304 stainless components are primed and painted with Pratt & Lambert Alcyd/oil enamel #1304 mica or equal. Blender drive is Eurodrive motor 1800 RPM TEFC 10 HP #DT100L4. Eurodrive reducer – Snuggler 139.92:1 ratio 12 RPM output FAF-90.
