Question by Stefania: Can mental illness exist in cats?
Hello, I have a one year old cat that I find rather, special. Since we have gotten him in his kitten days, he’s always seemed slow, disfunctional, and too calm for his age. We used to think he was blind, maybe deaf, but his ears and eyes are fine. He can also feed himself like a normal cat, however, he always spills his water, which I believe is normal and irrelevent. Anywho, even though he works properly and such, he’s just a slow working cat. Barely plays, he does not move fast at all, but when he wants to he can. He does not look sickly, and he is not malnourished, I think he is just slow, can this exist in cats?
