Question by The Wombat Queen: cat constipation problem?
we recently moved the litter box to a new location and one of our cats just doesn’t like it. This morning he seems lethargic and won’t touch his food or water and is walking funny. We think he’s constipated. He hasn’t pooped since yesterday morning. The question is, what do we do? If we just let him be, will he eventually come around and use the litter box (or even just use our floor?) Or will he need a trip to the vet? He won’t eat or drink so we can’t give him water and extra fiber to help his bowel movement. Does anyone have experience with this?
the litter box is back in its normal place. he won’t use it. he won’t even sit up or do anything.
