Miss Daisy was diagnosed with renal failure five months ago. This is a brief video diary about her activities. She is being treated with SubQ fluids and is doing well at this point. We hope to keep her happy and with us as long as possible.
Celestree didn’t mind going for car rides, which was a good thing since we had to take her to every 2-4 weeks to a specialty Veterinarian, 20 miles away from our home. She sat on a towel on the passenger seat, and never tried to get out of the car. She would meow at anything resembling our home, and get extra talkative upon seeing the vet’s office. The multiple Veterinary appointments were to manage her cancer, heart, and renal failure, and the treatment prolonged her life by exactly one year from the original date of diagnoses. Celestree was put to rest on January 19, 2010.
