Question by BS and thats no BS: Declawing a cat? How old is too old?
I have a 2 year old cat. Shes a little sweetie. I was going to have her declawed but my then girlfriend would not hear of it. So, she cut her claws for me. Well, were not together anymore and I tried to cut them but she was just to horrible for me. I was wondering if declawing was still an option. Thing is, I don’t want to change her or have her get mean. Another option I guess would be to just take her to the vet now and then to have her claws cut. Thoughts?

actually declawing a cat can be very dangerous. if the cat was to secape outside and a dog was to attack it then it would most likely die because it has no protection. you should never declaw a cat because that is taking away its natral protection. also if the cat was to get away from the dog where would it go while running. not up a tree. do not declaw your cat or you are putting its life in jeaperdy.
