Question by Mary C: Does talking to your cat on the phone when you’re away on long trips help the cat?
She’s always been pretty intuitive about knowing when I’m planning to be gone for an extended period and being clingy for a while when I get back. This is the end of the first week of a six week trip. My husband says my cat is not eating as much as normal, but she’s still drinking a lot of water. I tried talking to her on the phone tonight, but does anyone have any stories of that actually helping to reassure the cat? My husband is loving on her but she was my cat first so she really prefers me.

aw so cute :]
a kitten can easily reconginze a human visually and verbally seeing as if you call the cat by its name he/she will come to you. you could try it nothing much to lose here, and it would probably make you feel better to, try not to get to stressed i know you miss your cat like all cat lovers usually do,but try not to feel so down it is a trip have fun!
