The most advanced Seastar to fly as a 49/51, amphibian flying boat bi-plane www.seastaramphibian.com , soon to be superseded by the Seastar-SeaLoon, a single wing, fold wing, with many more features like 3 seat capacity, to take the dog along or what have you. The Seastar airplane shown here however is the first Seastar flying with Auto pilot and Ballistic recovery system, to land on grass, snow, tarmac or water and if all fails, pull the handle and you land, remaining in the airplane, as it is taking you gently down on a BRS parachute, that is deployed with a rocket pulling it out, as it is descending, if in trouble.
