Question by morobell: How can i obtain cat vet knowledge?
How might i go about getting training and/or information of how to take care of cats medically. Any book suggestions. This is not an emergency but i would like to learn about veterinary things just in case anything happens or something. i was going to take a course on veterinary assisting but instead took medical assisting to help people(….. and to make that money sing)
and no i’m not going to perform stupid crazy @ss procedures on my cat like surgery or something. I would get a degree and get it all legalized if i were to.

Cornell book of cats. It is written buy vets at Cornell University and covers alot of health info in a slightly technical way, without being hard to understand.
For a lot of info, but a very DRY and technical read, you can get a Merck Vet Manual.
