Question by Anne2: I see cat beds that heat to 102. Isn’t this too hot for safety?
My cousin has a hooded bed for her kitten that heats up when in use to 102. Has any one had any trouble with these beds?

My cat regularly sleeps on top of the wooden radiator cover in the winter. I’d bet that temperature approaches 102. Besides, if it gets too hot, the cat will move.
