This machine closes the threaded eyes with aluminium rings. The feeding system contains vibratory feeders (bowls and linear feeders) and pneumatic pick & place units. The centre part is a pneumatic turntable, the press designed by us up to 2,5 tons press force. The machine has a PLC controller with a fully covered safety system. The cycle time is 4 sec.
