Question by email@example.com: problems with 2007 arctic cat atv?
Ok a friend of mine has a 2007 arctic cat ATV 4×4 with locking diffs not sure of engine size he said that one day it wouldn’t move i checked it out(i don’t know a lot about atvs but i do know alot about trucks) he said it clicked and would move a little bit i checked it and the clicking is coming from the transfer case even if its not it 4×4 so i think the diffs are shattered or front end locked up and the clicking is the chain (or whatever they use in atv’s) in the transfer case clicking so i was just gonna pull both front axles and front drive shaft and suggestions of what might be messed up if im wrong

Seems as though you know what you are doing.
Drive shafts usually break at the universal joint.
If you run into any difficulties dis-assembling anything, ask another question.
Service manuals are very useful.
