Question by Angela: Cat seizures?
Does anyone know about cat seizures? What can you expect from a vet? Are there any drugs that a vet could give that are harmful to a cat? Anything else I should know?
Other things wrong with the cat is she drools, and her tongue sometimes sticks out.
Also, she once peed during a seizure.
People have said she had an abusive owner. I believe this, because the person who previously had her can’t even take care of her own child.
If anyone knows any good vets near Scranton, PA, please tell.

My last cat rudy, suffered from seizures and he was diagnosed with epilepsy when I took him to the vet, it was heartbreaking to watch him go through this, whenever he got a seizure I used to hold him tightly against me cause he used to thrash around so much he hit his head alot. He was prescribed phenobarbital for it, it helped with controlling the seizures a bit but eventually he had to be put to sleep because he was dying. I hope this isnt the case with your cat, I loved my cat very much and both he and I suffered alot due to the epilepsy. Good luck
