Question by Julie: I have this accessory for walking my dog and don’t know how to use it!?
Someone recommended it to me before we moved and I took it out of the package and there are no markings on it to tell me what its called or how to use it. Its basically a cord (leash type material) with three metal rings on it, one larger one at one end, and two smaller ones and the other ends. So like, picture a big V, with rings on each end…Anyone???
