I want to buy a motorola bluetooth phone. My carrier (Alltel) does not offer the style of phone that I want.

Is an unlocked phone reliable?

Do I need to purchase extra accessories to make the phone work with my carrier?

there are phones only work with one company ..so if you put a sim card of another company it won’t work ….that means it’s locked….but if you want the phone to be yours you unlock it
to make it work with all companies………lol
