Question by Chris: What weight for a cat is cause for concern for feline diabetes?
12 year old cat is just about 25lbs. She’s always been a fat cat, but she refuses to diet. What should I do besides try to limit her feeding? Will it do any good at this point in her life?

My cat weighs 33 pounds, but he does not have diabetes. You should ask your nearest vetinarian. I would keep feeding her like you normally do. I’m
afraid that if you don’t she’ll die. You can still put her on a diet and feed her like you always have. You can buy thhis kind of food recommended by vets. You can buy it at the vets’ office.
